  • Eco Counselling

    With Eco Counselling, we get out of the traditional office and find spaces in nature to meet and engage in our wellness practice.

    Eco Counselling can be tailored to all ages, abilities, and weather conditions and can be combined with art, journaling, play, meditation, or many other counselling modalities.

    Standard session length is 50 minutes

    Some Eco Session Options include:

    “Walk and Talk”

    We find a trail that suits your needs and abilities and have our sessions out in the woods, along a beach or in a park.

    “Eco Meeting”

    Here we can have a more traditional counselling session, but in a place that feeds your soul. Imagine our sessions in an open space in the forest, surrounded by the quiet sound of birds or sitting on a calm beach, talking while the waves wash up on shore. 

    “Fire Side Chat”

    Something is healing about sitting around a campfire. During certain seasons, we can meet by a fire and have our sessions while poking at the coals, watching the flames and feeling the warmth on our faces.

    “Garden Sessions”

    Here we can get our hands in the soil, having our session working in your garden or mine. Doing simple tasks  such as weeding, or seeding or turning the soil can help us bring new focus and understanding to what we are
    going through in our lives.

    “Playground Session”

    Popular among the younger demographic, we meet up at a local playground or sports field and have our sessions on swings, kicking a soccer ball or shooting some hoops.

  • In Person Office Sessions

    In-person office sessions are the more traditional counselling approach, where we will meet in our safe, private home office to engage in your mental health journey. While conventional in its setup, the in-office sessions offer a varied approach to your wellness.

  • Online Counselling Sessions

    Our lives are busy, and sometimes the stress and pressure of having to fit an in-person visit into our schedules undermines the overall goal of mental health wellness. Or perhaps the privacy and saftey of our own home allows us to be more open and honest in a session. Whatever the reason, online counselling is growing in popularity and by using a secure online video platform, we create a safe space for our counselling sessions for youth and adults.

    When it comes to our children and youth, adding more screentime to their schedule may not feel like the right decision, or perhaps some children may struggle to stay engaged in a video call. However, there are different options to help make online counselling interesting to children and youth, including online art therapy, and a new and exciting opportunity to try a counselling session in Minecraft. 

    Standard online session length is 50 minutes..
